Ani Difranco

Angela Maria Ani DiFranco was born in Canada, and is now American. There are more than 20 albums. Her music is classified as folk and alternative rock but includes influences from punk funk hip beat and jazz. Ani Difranco has been deemed as a feminist icon and a Grammy award-winning. Being one of the first female artists in the 1990s, DiFranco founded her own record label. DiFranco was born in Buffalo New York on September 23rd of 1970, she was the daughter of Elizabeth (Ross) and Dante Americo DiFranco, who had met while attending in the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Her mother is from Montreal and her father has Italian heritage. 32 Flavors is a hit song that was written by as well as performed by Ani DiFranco. The track is available on the sixth album Not a Pretty Girl by Ani DiFranco, released in 1996. The soundtrack to 1999's Canadian romantic film Better Than Chocolate is a variant of this track.
