Annie Murphy
Annie Murphy (n e Anne Frances Murphy) was born December 19 the year 1986. The Canadian native has been working in the film industry for a variety of projects. Her main role was that of Alexis Rose from the CBC comedy Schitt's Mill. It was a series which started in 2014 before ending in the year 2020. Critics lauded her for her performance and awarded her a Primetime Emmy Award. She was born in Ottawa Ontario Canada. Both her parents were teachers. She joined Elmwood School in Ottawa where they staged productions. When she graduated of Concordia University with a theatre degree, she then joined the Canadian Film Centre Actor's Conservatory. After that, she took lessons at the Canadian Film Centre Actor's Conservatory in which she studied acting. In Los Angeles she devoted herself to the art of acting. Annie Murphy made her acting debut in 2007 with the thriller television movie Lethal Obsession. After that, she continued to perform in smaller parts and also as an extra. Certain of her films were very well-received and include Story of Jen from 2008 Lick (2010) as well as A Windigo Tale. In addition, she has appeared in Canadian television shows, including Good God which was broadcast in the year 2012 Rookie Blue that aired the in the same year. She seems to have the capability of working on various project as an actor. Annie was a struggle first to establish herself as an actress.
